What You'll Be Doing
Daily Core Activities:
Run our daily standup meeting to keep the team in sync
Manage shared inboxes (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Coordinate calendars, prep for meetings, and handle scheduling
Support Across Teams:
You'll be the person we trust to help across departments:
Marketing
- Light social media support, scheduling posts, organizing content
People & Culture
- Assist with onboarding and team logistics
Finance
- Help with paying invoices, organizing receipts
Sales
- Follow-ups, light account support, and setting meetings
Operations
- Help document and improve internal processes
Note: There may be opportunities to support or participate in in-house sales efforts in the future--especially if that's something you're interested in exploring.
What We're Looking For
Experience as an executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar role
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and social platforms
Clear, professional communication--both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch gears quickly
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive or confidential information
A positive attitude and a doer's mindset--you find ways to make things happen
Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker):
Familiarity with tools like Canva or CRM platforms
Interest in marketing, HR, or business operations
Willingness to learn more about sales, customer outreach, or account support
