The Opportunity
We're seeking a
resourceful, motivated, and self-starting summer student
to join our Calgary office. In this dual role, you'll support both
marketing execution
and
executive operations
. From running digital campaigns to supporting leadership-level projects, this is your chance to contribute meaningfully while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan, coordinate, and
drive marketing projects from beginning to end
Assist in executing
social media, email, and digital campaigns
Create and edit marketing materials, internal communications, and presentations
Track and report on marketing performance and ROI using Excel and analytics tools
Support branding, event coordination, and community outreach initiatives
Project Management
Take ownership of assigned projects--create timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-through
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track
Identify roadblocks and propose solutions independently
Document and improve marketing and administrative workflows
Executive & Administrative Support
Support the General Manager with scheduling, meeting prep, and action item tracking
Assist in developing internal reports and communications
Help coordinate travel logistics and team events
Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and internal process improvement projects
Who You Are
A current post-secondary student studying
marketing, business, communications
, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experienced or comfortable working with
social media platforms, email marketing tools
, and
basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
A
self-starter
who can manage and complete projects with minimal supervision
Resourceful
and able to solve problems proactively and creatively
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team
