Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales; preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases.
Customer services and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer terminal and capable of neat and accurate work. Livestock and/or data entry experience is considered an asset. Please note one of these position is relocation/travelling to Prince Albert.
