Custom Courier is looking to hire a full-time office clerk.
This is a full-time position with a primary schedule of 8:00 to 4:30. Monday to Friday.
This job will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Answering multi-line telephone system.
- Data Entering pro-bills/manifests into our billing system for invoicing/billing.
- Scanning and faxing
- Maintain communication with customers, drivers, employees, and other departments to ensure accuracy.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have attention to detail and be able to multi-task as needed.
- Have excellent and efficient time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good ability to work under pressure.
- Have good problem-solving skills and be able to resolve problems and make decisions to enhance customer service.
- Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
