Responsibilities:
-Inputting data for inventory, billing customers, printing labels for products
-Answering emails and customer inquiries
-Daily use of office equipment such as scanners, label printers and computers
-Properly filing documents, reports, payments etc.
-Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and drivers to ensure all customers get their goods on time
-All incoming shipments or containers must be received, unloaded, marked, and stored in a timely manner
-Ensuring the office is kept in a clean and organized state of operation
-Assisting with opening and closing the office/warehouse or running errands for the company such as banking deposits or post office or picking up local supplies etc.

Assets
-1-2 years of office experience regardless of industry
-Experience in the food industry is considered an asset
-Ability to speak Cantonese is preferred
-Valid G license
-Good communication skills
-High computer literacy needed
-Excellent teamwork, observational, analytical, multi-tasking skill, articulate communication/interpersonal skills
-Some familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
-Some familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
