-Processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
-Prepares and processes bank deposits
-Records direct deposits or debit transactions
-Prepares bill payments, EFT and E-transfer payments
-Reconcile vendor monthly statements
-Processes online banking payments
-Prepare monthly reports and create journal entries
-Acts as back up for the bi-weekly payroll and source deduction payments
-Expense reports/payments ensure amounts are calculated correctly
-Prepares quarterly HST remittances, reconciles general bank accounts
-Prepares T4A annual return
-Request insurance certificates
-Enters annual budgets into Quickbooks
-Tax receipts
-Assists with year-end financial audit and year end Trust account audit
-Provides daily assistance to the Director of Finance
-Processing daily mail, maintaining file system, specialized projects, and general administration duties
-Benefits administrationAssets
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
-Accounting diploma/degree
-Experience with remittances, AR, AP
-Quickbooks Desktop experience
-Excellent computer skills
