Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience

Tasks

Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically Send and receive messages Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Prepare invoices and bank deposits Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing File material in storage area Answer clients' inquiries and provide information Perform general office duties Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments
