Skills and Responsibilities
Daily administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, sending emails, dealing with supplier/buyer inquiries
Translation services during meetings, and translation of various documents - English to Mandarin
Updating website and Social Media Channels
Market research
Provide weekly reports and handle customer records management
Education and Experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Products
2-3 Years of Sales/Customer Experience
