We are recruiting for an administrative assistant who is detail oriented and has excellent customer skills. Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin is required

Skills and Responsibilities

Daily administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, sending emails, dealing with supplier/buyer inquiries Translation services during meetings, and translation of various documents - English to Mandarin Updating website and Social Media Channels Market research Provide weekly reports and handle customer records management
Education and Experience

Proficient in all Microsoft Products 2-3 Years of Sales/Customer Experience
