Job descriptionThe Sage Creek Medical Center is looking for a dynamic, caring, friendly, hard working and reliable candidates.Job requirements:

• experience in medical office administration 3 years
• Position for Evening and weekend
• proficiency with medical terminology
• High attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Great time management and ability to multi-task
• proficiency in Experience with computer and computer applications including Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• experience in Accuro EMR

In this role you will:

• Greet and assist patients in person and on the phone
• Register patients for clinical appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries and messages (telephone, email, fax, etc.)
• Update and maintain EMR with all tests results, clinical documents and demographics information
• Assist/Chaperon physicians with patient exams & procedures and complete patient related tasks at the request of the physicians
• Ensure all exam rooms are clean after each patient and adequately stocked supplies
• Process uninsured services billings and private pay transactions
• Participate in other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
