Full-Time Service Coordinator
to join our growing team. This position supports our
repair and installation departments
, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and office staff.

Founded in 2010, we've grown to a team of over 45 employees; including 19 experienced technicians and a strong support crew behind the scenes. What You'll Do
Schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments.
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and partner stores.
Review job details to ensure each visit is properly documented and prepared.
Follow up on jobs, estimates, and invoices to keep everything on track.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in customer service, coordination, or a related field.
Experience in
appliance service, construction, or trades coordination
is an asset.
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; you like getting things done right.
Positive attitude, team player, and reliable work ethic.
