We're looking for a
Part-Time Office Administrative Professional
to join our team, help build office structure and procedures, and support our growing business--all from the comfort of your home!
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Handle PST, GST, and source deductions
Track and organize paperwork and employee hours for ongoing jobs.
oApply for electricalpermitsand scheduleelectricalinspections
Assist in creating and maintaining a work schedule for field staff
Help develop and improve office procedures and systems
Support our social media presence
Occasional visits to the office for team collaboration (flexible)
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or accounting experience (
experience
in
construction
or
electrical
industry
an asset)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with office software and accounting systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working independently from home
