Job Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday in 8 hour shifts between the time of 8-6 Reporting to VP, Business Development s The office administrator will be working primarily in an office setting with the expectation to provide support in our retail, technology service, and management division when required. The incumbent is expected to be able to professionally interact with vendors and customers through various communication methods. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion towards technology in either mobile or professional IT side however this is not required. The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, as our company exceed 6 million in sales revenue as of 2021. Job Responsibilities
Provide weekly and monthly reporting in company metrics and financial data.
Assist with administration task to various functions of the business.
Keypunching purchase orders and electronic item entry.
Daily accounting related duties including AP and AR.
Merchandising related duties including retail promotional planning and rebate submissions, new sku upload, system inventory maintenance.
Providing administrative support to both the VP and CEO in the office and offsite locations when required during business hours.
May be required to assist customers with technology sales and inquiries for retail and commercial sales.
May be required to assist with internal rollout, pilot programs, and project development.
Collaborating with external finance team and other admin/coordinator roles in the office.
Assist with marketing related events in-store and offsite venues.
Job Requirements
Successful completion of high school.
1-2 Years working in retail and/or office environment.
Experience working in a busy office environment independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working in mobile, computer, and IT sales environment an asset but not required.
Demonstrated history of providing high level of customer service.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to multitask effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.
