We are looking for an experienced fulltime senior medical office administrator to lead our front desk team, and bring their enthusiasm and passion for excellence. Computer skills, knowledge of Jane billing and booking and a desire to help others essential. Must have medical office skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, analyze and trouble shoot, excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a team player, have a professional, congenial demeanor, possess empathy and a great attitude. Responsibilities include: Reception and greeting of patients, booking appointments, billing, handling email, phone calls, communicating with insurers, ensuring efficient, organized office operations, accounts receivable, managing payments from patients and insurers, inventory management and ordering of office supplies, upholding policies and procedures, training and supporting office staff.
