Visit destinationnorthernontario.ca/tsnn/ for more details. Your Potential Employer - Agnew Lake Lodge, Webbwood, ON We are searching for one (1) Office Adminsitrator. Employee can expect to work 4 days a week, for a total of 32 hours per week. This position is seasonal. Employees can expect to begin work asap and end October 15th, 2023. Duties include the following:
- Handle customer check ins and outs.
- Handle cash, giftware and other miscellaneous store items.
- Answer phone/emails, report to supervisor.
- Answer phone/emails in a pleasant and understanding manner.
- Assist customers with lodging and other purchases.
- Keep workspace tidy and organized.
- Assist supervisor with a variety of office duties.
- Must be clean, neat and organized
- Well mannered
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Computer savvy
- Willing to work as a team member by following instructions
- Webbwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
