Job Summary



We are a fast-paced women's fashion wholesaler seeking a highly organized

Office Administrator & Warehouse/Marketing Coordinator

to support daily office operations, warehouse activities, and digital marketing tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, creative, and comfortable working across administration, warehouse operations, and basic marketing/content creation. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with inventory flow, and contribute to promotional and digital content for the brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration



Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general office correspondence Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate daily office activities Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry Maintain organized digital files, documents, and company records Provide administrative support to management as required

Digital Marketing & Computer Skills (Highly Preferred)Marketing & Content Creation



Create promotional emailers, newsletters, and product announcements Assist in building digital line sheets, catalogues, and promotional material Manage social media content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) including short video creation Support photoshoots or AI-generated fashion content using available tools

Graphic Design / Editing



Create product ads, banners, and promotional graphics Edit product photos or marketing content using

Photoshop

or similar tools Assist in visual marketing for website, catalogues, and social channels

Technology & Digital Support



Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to use tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other editing/marketing software Familiarity with basic AI tools for content creation or fashion visualization is an asset Experience in catalog building, inventory spreadsheets, or digital product management is a plus

Warehouse & Inventory ResponsibilitiesReceiving



Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips Document any discrepancies, damages, or missing items Label, sort, and store merchandise in designated warehouse areas Update inventory systems accurately and promptly

Shipping



Pick, pack, and label merchandise for outgoing orders Ensure accuracy and proper packaging of all shipments Schedule carrier pickups, track shipments, and prepare shipping documents

Inventory Management



Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventory counts Maintain organized inventory storage for efficiency Communicate replenishment needs to management

Warehouse Organization



Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Follow safety, security, and compliance procedures

Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new digital tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an asset Experience in digital marketing, social media, or graphic design is

strongly preferred

Being on - time is really important as you will be opening and closing the office/warehouse, Location: Lawrence/Dufferin M6B 4J3
