Position Overview:


This role is vital to the smooth operation of our office and warehouse, combining administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities in inventory management, project coordination, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management:



Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Manage stock levels and report shortages or surplus items. Arrange product materials for upcoming installations (daily and weekly)

Project Coordination:



Prepare project packages, including necessary documents, materials, and invoices. Ensure all materials are ready and organized for scheduled installations. Assist in scheduling and coordinating logistics for field techs.

Deliveries:



Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed. Ensure accurate delivery of items.

Warehouse Organization:



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Stock, label, and organize materials and equipment. Monitor and address warehouse and grounds maintenance needs.

Administrative Duties:



Perform data entry for invoices, technician job details, and inventory updates. Manage records, purchase orders, and other essential documents.

Miscellaneous Tasks:



Support team members and technicians with day-to-day needs. Provide additional support for office and field staff as required.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, business, or administration is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with inventory management systems is an asset. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
