We provide high-quality consulting engineering services to strata councils, property managers, architectural firms, developers, government agencies, private owners, and contractors.
ZCI is seeking to fill a Full-Time Office Administrator position at our office in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver.
The position involves collaborating with our team of Engineers and Project Consultants to oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with the following qualifications:
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with bookkeeping
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to prioritize job tasks
Office Duties:
• Managing contract documents, preparing reports and proposals
• Handling calls, mail, filing, and office supply orders
• Coordinating client meetings, preparing meeting minutes
• Managing City Hall submissions and coordinating building permit process
• Maintaining organized records and supporting team operations
