Provide high-level administrative support to members of the investment team.
Prepare, format, and proofread reports, memos, and presentation materials.
Support Investment Analysts with routine reporting, as needed
Document & Records Management:
Support Corporate Secretary of Investment Committee as needed, including with preparation of bi-weekly meeting materials
Maintain digital filing systems for investment records, contracts, compliance documents, and correspondence.
Ensure document version control and easy retrieval for reporting or audit purposes.
Finance & Compliance Support (basic):
Support finance team by assisting to coordinate investment and other related wire transaction
Support KYC/AML document collection for new investments or banking partners, as required.
Manage/oversee the investments@ email for the investment team
Assist with invoice processing, expense reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in finance, investment management, or professional services.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRMs or investment platforms is a plus.
Basic IT skills necessary to support Investment Team/liaise with client's IT Security Manager
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a "no task too small" attitude.
Ability to work and think independently
Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential if offset by relevant experience.
