Job Description

Novomet Canada is looking for an energetic and results driven administrative specialist.

In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative, safety and sales support tasks.

-Providing administrative duties to support our sales, safety and operations team.
-Preparing and maintaining agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
-Managing data entry and vendor setup in our ERP system.
-Assisting with purchase orders, change orders, and inventory.
-Providing various duties for our Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and -Safety Departments as required.

*Other administrative support duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:



Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or customer service is an asset but not required. Sales-Driven: motivated to work with with the operations and sales team. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to connect with customers, build rapport, and address their needs. Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and always prepared for your shifts. Professionalism: maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor. Student Mindset: You are willing and eager to learn and strive for consistent growth and self-improvement. Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are key to success. Full-Time Availability: Must be available for full-time work.

Pay: $48,000 Annually

Shift: Day shift

Work days: Monday to Friday

Ability to commute: Devon, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Monday - Friday [8:00am - 4:30pm]

Office Position. No Remote.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
