Below are some of the responsibilities of the position;
Good knowledge of bookkeeping best practices
Minimum 3 years relevant bookkeeping and administrative experience
Experience in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Capable to work independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines
Prepare accurate reports
Provide assistance and respond to queries from management
Knowledge in payroll, WSIB and HST returns
Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
