Job Description

We are looking to add a self-motivated team player who will take initiative to make our accounting firm their own. we're looking to add the right person to our team. We value good morals, being a team player and getting along with your peers and clients. This is a requirement for the position.

Below are some of the responsibilities of the position;

Good knowledge of bookkeeping best practices Minimum 3 years relevant bookkeeping and administrative experience Experience in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Capable to work independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines Prepare accurate reports Provide assistance and respond to queries from management Knowledge in payroll, WSIB and HST returns Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Richmond Hill, ON L4C 9M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred) Office administrator: 2 years (required)
Language:

PERSIAN (required)
Work Location: In person
