Job Description

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by handling

invoicing, accounts receivable, and general administrative duties

, while also providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is

outgoing, highly communicative, and collaborative

, with the ability to effectively engage with both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:



Process and manage

invoicing and accounts receivable

, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Provide

excellent customer service

by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain office organization, including

filing and ordering supplies

. Assist with

data entry, record-keeping, and other general office duties

.

Manage office equipment

, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:



Previous experience

in office administration, accounting, or a related field. Knowledge of

invoicing and accounts receivable

procedures. Strong

customer service, communication, and collaboration

skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software. Ability to

multitask, prioritize

, and work independently. High

attention to detail and problem-solving

skills.

Experience in an industrial setting and/or working with an ERP system is an asset.

Ability to

work independently and as part of a team

in a fast-paced environment. An
