Job Description

We are seeking a full time or part time office administrator to join our team. Our office is located in Punnichy, SK. We offer flexible hours (Monday - Friday), benefits and a fun place to work.

This position of responsible for:

General office duties, including accurate and timely record-keeping and data entry, filing, photocopying, printing, mail, answering phones, emailing, etc.
General accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, journal entries, account reconciliations and preparing third party remittances such as GST, PST, WCB, etc.
Maintaining safety records
Desired traits/skills:
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAGE 50 (Simply Accounting) & QuickBooks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
