About Linden Fabricating Ltd.


Linden Fabricating Ltd. designs and manufactures proprietary sawmill log handling machinery and has been serving the forest industry internationally for more than 50 years.

Linden operates a 10,000 sq-ft manufacturing facility located in Prince George, British Columbia, and is currently looking for an Office Administrator.

Your Role: The Hub of Our Operations


Be the central connection between customers, production, and management in this multi-faceted position combining:

? Customer service and parts sales

? Office administration and logistics

? Bookkeeping and financial support

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:



? First point of contact for customers and vendors

? Provide parts quotes and process orders

? Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

? Create shipping and export documentation

Administration:



? Manage office operations and supplies

? Process timesheets and payroll submissions

? Handle mail, phone, and email communications

? Maintain accurate filing and record keeping

Financial Support:



? Process invoices and accounts payable

? Pursue accounts receivable collections

? Support month-end closing process

? Data entry in accounting system

What You Need:



? 3+ years administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)
? Customer service skills and professional communication
? Proficiency with office software and accounting systems
? Experience with shipping/logistics documentation
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points For:



? Bookkeeping certification or training

? Familiarity with Xero and Fulcrum platforms

? Parts sales or inventory experience

? Export documentation knowledge

? Manufacturing or industrial background

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, in office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
