Our company requires an

Office Administrator

to join the team at our Picture Butte, Alberta Clinic.

Job Duties:

Perform reception and order desk duties Provide customer service to walk in clients Provide administrative support to managers, veterinarians and co-workers Provide support to the shipping and receiving department Perform general office duties as required
Skills & Attributes Required:

Experience in an office environment, providing support to co-workers and outside clients High level skills in the MS suite of programs, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Driven to provide excellent customer service Organized and proactive Detail oriented Positive and professional Agriculture experience preferred (Not Required)
Preference will be given to candidates who:

Have experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV software
This is a full-time position located at our Picture Butte, Alberta locations. We offer an industry leading remuneration package, including benefits.
