Key Responsibilities



Process payroll and manage employee timesheets Prepare and send invoices to clients Schedule and coordinate moves with customers and moving crews Maintain organized records and handle required paperwork Support general office operations and assist with administrative tasks Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience Option to grow into areas such as marketing, social media, or sales

Qualifications



Previous administrative or office experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient in Microsoft Software Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
