forward-thinking, organized Administrative & Marketing Coordinator

(licensed preferred, but not required) to join our team and help us deliver world-class client experiences. Bonuses, promotions and raises are rewarded on a consistent basis.

The Role



This is a dynamic role that blends

administration, marketing, and transaction management

. You'll be the backbone of our operations -- keeping deals on track, supporting clients, and making sure our brand stands out in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring conditional and closing dates are met Book showings, organize paperwork, and coordinate with clients directly Create and manage marketing materials (feature sheets, postcards, newsletters) Oversee and schedule content for social media accounts Track expenses, submit tax information and receipts to accountants Handle day-to-day tasks like lockboxes, client gifts, and event support (occasional evenings/weekends)

What We're Looking For



Strong organizational and communication skills Tech-savvy with Google Sheets/Excel, Lone Wolf, NexOne (or willingness to learn) Creative mindset with experience in social media and marketing design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Proactive, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented Flexibility to handle both structured workflows and "odd jobs" as needed Real estate license preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
