Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
Assist in training development programs for new hires and ongoing employee education.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure resources are available.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
Experience in team management or supervising staff is a plus.
Proficient in using office software and technology for administrative tasks.
