Job description: Parsons ICF Construction is a custom residential home builder that primarily takes on custom home and large renovation projects in and around the Halifax and Bridgewater areas, with a staff of around 35 people. We are a company that has developed a strong reputation of producing excellent quality work over the past 12 years. Responsibilities: - Payroll (track hours, reconcile timesheets, process bi-weekly payroll) - Payables/Receivables - Billing (Construction & Excavation) - Update job spreadsheets (Labor, Materials, Subcontractors) - Answer incoming calls - New hire orientations - Organize and track projects - Manage company benefits - Track and organize excavation - Bank Reconciliation / Visa Reconciliation - Submit payroll taxes (Bi-weekly) - Submit HST remittances (Quarterly) - Submit WCB remittance (Monthly) - Order office supplies - General office duties - Month end journal entries - Manage the G/L - Year End Procedures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
