Reporting to the Director of Edmonton Engineering, the Office Administrator will assume general ownership and maintenance of the office facilities and equipment and to provide order and accountability for general office activity. This is a part-time position to start (24 hrs/week) but has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. Responsibilities include:
General reception, shipping/receiving
Printer maintenance and troubleshooting
Network maintenance and troubleshooting
Kitchen maintenance and organization
Workstation maintenance and troubleshooting
Office supply purchases
Activity planning, organization, and execution
Fleet care and maintenance
Other responsibilities as assigned
General Competencies Required:
Basic Microsoft Office software suite
Intermediate Excel user
Strong level of comfort and competence with computers, printers, and network systems
Detail-oriented, conscientious, and organized attitude
Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
