Job Description

This is starting as a part time, contract position for the next six months, with the potential for an expanded role in 2026.

We need help 15-20 hours a week to start, with flexibility in scheduling between 9 am - 5 pm through the week.

The office administrator is responsible for providing administrative and general office support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the organization.

Most of your time will be dedicated to the following:

front line services for the Chamber basic bookkeeping, accounts payable management of some Chamber programs like HintonFirstBucks other duties as required and some support of Chamber events
Qualifications:

Knowledge of Google Suite, Facebook and Microsoft a must Knowledge of bookkeeping and Quickbooks a definite asset
