Job Description

Numus Financial Inc., a financial services company, currently has an immediate opening for a skilled office administrator in its downtown Halifax office. This position will assist with daily office operations and provide support to financial services personnel. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Reception duties, including greeting office guests; Sorting and distributing daily mail and courier deliveries; Handling office supply orders and equipment maintenance support; Coordinating external IT support; Coordinating news releases for clients; Back up Executive Assistant duties as required; Filing and other general administrative duties as required.
The qualified candidate should have:

Experience in a related role; Strong administrative skills; Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office; Professional presentation; Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail; Background in a legal support role would be beneficial, though not required for this position.
