We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our real estate development organization..
Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring transactions are properly recorded on a timely basis.
Reconciliation of monthly bank statements.
Reconciliation of rental income to companies' monthly rental rolls.
Handling of accounts payables, including the review of invoices for accuracy, approval and payment.
Prepare monthly financial reports including a statement of revenue and expenses and a balance sheet.
Assistance in the identification and setup of a software program suitable for a real estate company.
Provide administrative support including coordinating meetings and appointments, responding to emails, managing office supplies and other clerical tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Familiarity with accounting software is an asset.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Excel software.
