Good Air Ventilation is currently expanding our team to meet the demands of our business - including the acquisition of one of the largest sheet metal shops in Nova Scotia!

We work with clients in all market segments to provide them with comfortable and efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

We are looking to hire an experienced Office Administrator!

Duties:



Work closely with warehouse and service call staff to maintain inventory product levels Compare prices and place orders from vendors and suppliers as required Send emails, make phone calls, etc. and perform diligent follow up Perform follow up calls to clients for feedback and (when needed) payment collection Work closely with the management team and accounting department to complete general administrative tasks (filing, record keeping, opening accounts with new vendors, etc.) Perform vacation/sick day relief for service coordinator (answering phone calls, booking appointments, etc.) Daily Social Media Tasks.

Qualifications



Minimum one year experience in office administration is preferred Experience working in a trades environment is an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strongly self-motivated and accountable Strong technology skills (Microsoft office, Gmail, etc.) Expert level English skills required Education in business administration is an asset but is not required Salary is negotiable based on experience level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
