We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations for our Calgary client\xe2\x80\x99s office. If you enjoy providing high-level administrative support, managing a variety of tasks, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring the smooth running of the office, we\xe2\x80\x99d love to speak with you. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and tasks, by coordinating with other departments.
  • Reception duties include greeting guests, deliveries, outgoing mail, etc.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and other administrative systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage the gathering of data for review and presentation of relevant reports.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, such as financial reports, performance metrics, and project updates.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, including the office space, boardroom, kitchen, office equipment, and internal communication as well as resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and oversee effective ordering and distribution of supplies.
  • Internal and external event management as required.



Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively create a positive culture and contribute to a productive work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses social media, marketing & website management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
