Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily bin deliveries, pickups, and swaps with drivers and customers. Schedule and dispatch trucks efficiently using route management systems or spreadsheets. Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve service issues. Track bin inventory, customer orders, and job site locations. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, invoices, and payments. Prepare quotes, contracts, and service orders. Manage email and phone correspondence professionally and promptly. Oversee basic office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies. Support management with billing, reports, and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications:



Prior experience in

dispatching, logistics, waste management

, or

construction services

preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work independently and make quick, practical decisions. Knowledge of Edmonton area and surrounding cities is an asset. Valid driver's license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
