Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and scheduling.
Review, organize, and maintain construction plans and related documents.
Coordinate with city departments for permits, inspections, and approvals.
Assist in preparing and submitting city applications, development forms, and compliance documentation.
Support project managers and site staff with documentation and administrative requirements.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
Handle basic accounting/finance tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in office administration (preferably in construction or real estate industry).
Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and building terminology.
Familiarity with city permits, inspections, and municipal requirements is an asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
