We are currently seeking for Office Administrator to join our two of our branch offices in Edmonton,Alberta to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will manage billing processes,handle customer interactions, and oversee other administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking role and comfortable performing a variety of administrative and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process accurate and timely billing using designated billing software
Handling payment transactions effectively
Maintain and restock inventory as required to ensure operational efficiency
Ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers
Ensure a smooth workflow and support daily business operations
Other administrative duties assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma is required.
Basic understanding of Microsoft excel and Google Workspace tools(docs,sheets,Gmail,drive)
Previous experience in administration or customer service would be an asset
Experience with Quickbooks software would be an asset
Strong Organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are considered an asset
