Job Overview


GlobalTech Group is currently looking for a highly organized & detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic organization and administrative team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in an office setting, be a quick study, have strong customer service skills, and be able to provide support to ensure office operations are maintained effectively and efficiently. Our work environment is fast-paced and collaborative; as an integral part of our team, you will support various functions and contribute to our mission of exceptional and professional service delivery.

Responsibilities



Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to data entry, answering/directing incoming calls, managing files, preparing correspondence, receiving & distributing mail, welcoming and assisting in-person visitors, and maintaining office supplies. Prepare client reports and invoices with accuracy and care. Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel reservations. Assist with special projects, as assigned, and work with the administrative team to meet common goals.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. High School Diploma Post-secondary education (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with QuickBooks and ServiceTrade (or similar) is advantageous. Ability to adapt to a changing environment, handle multiple competing priorities, and perform work with constant interruptions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality, follow directions carefully, and be accountable. Excellent time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills; proactive. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
