Anova Energy is currently engaged in a search for an Office Administrator for their Albertan operations. In this role, you will be tasked with providing administrative support to our Operations Manager and Internal Accountant. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects and clerical duties that pertain to everyday operations for the business, including but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Updating and maintaining energy market reporting \xc2\xb7 Answering client information requests. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing outgoing office communication to ensure it is clear and concise. \xc2\xb7 Updating accounting and tracking excel files \xc2\xb7 Managing company calendars \xc2\xb7 Providing administrative support to the accountant \xc2\xb7 Ordering office supplies, coffee supplies. \xc2\xb7 Loading and unloading kitchen dishwasher.
