Job Description
We're an established local concrete and asphalt company looking for a self-motivated post-secondary student who can work from home, doing administrative work.ABOUT THE ROLEResponsibilities include:
- monitoring and responding to client inquiries by email, phone and on social media
- updating client contact lists
- setting up meetings
- following up on invoices
- general organizing
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are as comfortable on the phone as you are responding by social media or text message.
- You love organizing. Finding efficiencies is your jam!
- You learn fast and bring a positive attitude to work. You know the importance of great customer service and take pride in a job well done.
- Youre a self-motivated problem-solver who likes a challenge. You can manage multiple projects and competing priorities without compromising accuracy or deadlines.
- If you say you're on it, that task gets done.
- When you don\'t know the answer, no worries you know how to do your research and figure out options.
- post-secondary student with customer service and/or administrative experience
- experience in Excel or Sheets, Word or Google Docs and minor bookkeeping
- experience using MailChimp, WordPress, Facebook and Instagram is an asset
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: $20.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:
