Job Description


Your role as an Office Administrator is to join our team and to bring forth office organizational skills and maintaining office services. This is a permanent parttime position. Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • preparing payroll
  • controlling correspondence
  • designing filing systems
  • monitoring clerical functions
  • Submitting payroll remittances
  • Submitting WCB Payroll submission
  • Monitoring Group Benefits
  • Recording of expense receipts
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Along with other office administrative duties
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft
  • Experience in Sage 50
  • Bookkeeping Skills
  • Business Administration Experience
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
