Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and direct calls professionally Log incoming lab samples and maintain accurate documentation Prepare reports in compliance with regulations and internal policies Support laboratory staff and sales representatives Handle shipping and receiving of samples Manage SAA social media accounts and update as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail Exceptional data entry abilities with high accuracy Previous experience or background in the agricultural industry is preferred, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Analytical thinker and problem solver Experience in a support or administrative role is an asset Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and comfortable with internet applications Flexibility to adjust hours during busy seasons
