Do you want to be a part of driving the transition?We are now seeking an Office Administrator for our St. John\'s, NL office.What will you be doing?

  • Providing administrative support for the St. John\'s office location, with a focus on the front desk & reception responsibilities
  • Performing routine administrative support duties, including answering calls, mail delivery, couriers, greeting guests and clients, etc.
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings, including communication with internal and external contacts for scheduling, boardroom bookings, meeting requests, catering and equipment
  • Managing the inventory and ordering general office supplies, consumables, and non-standard items requested by the business.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new empl,oyees including interfacing with Managers to assign seating and updating seating plans for multiple office suites, preparing employee access passes, and facilitating the setup of parking passes
  • Monitoring varied vendors that require acto into the office suites, including cleaning, coffee delivery, document shredding, etc., in alignment with our office security plan
  • Maintaining local employee email/phone directory with responsibility for sending all employee communications as requested by the Management. Team
  • Ensuring office and common areas are clean and tidy throughout the day, including boardrooms, kitchen, and front reception
  • Assisting with business travel process, including flight, hotel, and car rental options
  • Assisting with planning and preparation of social club activities
  • Supporting other general administrative tasks as required
We think you should have:
  • A certificate, diploma, or degree in an administrative program with at least three (3) years\' experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative experience supporting a multi-discipline group of employees
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and an ability to learn new software/programs with ease
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to create internal correspondence
