We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fluent Bilingual Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing clerical support, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to supervise team members effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records in Quickbooks on-line with a high level of accuracy.
Perform data entry and ensure financial data is consistently accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare and review accounting reports and provide support to management. This includes Quebec Government documents as needed.
Perform general office duties including answering emails, filing, and data organization.
Handle other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and other finance-related functions as directed.
Verifying employee time records daily.
Collecting payment from customers on a daily basis.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
Fluent Bilingual a MUST.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
