We are a busy, award-winning Multi-Disciplinary clinic committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. We are looking for a dependable and professional

Administrative Assistant

who will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment while also managing aspects of our clinic's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties



Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring clear communication between Patients and Therapists. Maintain accurate and organized patient records. Promptly follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and any inquiries. Support therapists in ensuring a smooth flow of daily clinic operations. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and insurance paperwork. Identify and proactively address client needs to ensure a positive experience.

Social Media Marketing Duties



Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

What We're Looking For:



Proficiency in Embodia software

for scheduling, documentation, and communication. Strong skills in social media content creation and marketing strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sense of accountability and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused when addressing client concerns. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player who takes initiative and values collaboration. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is an asset.
