Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our mission to provide exceptional courier services. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining organizational efficiency and enhancing communication within our team.

Responsibilities



Managing company documents by sorting, filing and delivering office memos, mail or other documents Coordinating appointment arrangements for company executives by booking flights, hotels or car rentals Preparing reports to help track company expenses and budgets Supporting company executives with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and printing Maintaining an employee database and helping upper-management identify gaps in staff hiring Scheduling and arranging company events for staff or clients ? Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Manages program email accounts: triage, responding and redirecting inquiries as appropriate and in a timely manner. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies. Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files. Assist in preparing, printing of orders from out of town and making sure order is ready ? Assist in preparation of invoices for clients. Answering and making phone calls and directing to the right department. ? Assisting in Logistics, Distributions and Foods in general queries, ensure everything is taken care of. Providing information about the company; making sure company policy is being met. ? Assisting in sales and purchase for vendors and vendee. Other Responsibilities: Any other assigned tasks by management

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:



Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while ensuring quality service is being delivered to clients. Experience with process mapping and developing and documenting basic workflows. Ability to focus and work through interruptions. Able to handle change and deal appropriately with stressful situations. Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Windows & Google products. Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Accurate and meticulous, able to apply common sense to solve problems Flexible to work in shifting schedule Be prepared to stand long time and to hands on dealing with products Able to follow and response to written and verbal instructions promptly and correctly ?
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
