Administrative Clerk
Successful candidate will have 2+ years experience
Post-Secondary College or other Non-University diploma would be an asset.
Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
Experience with land titles and map reading is an asset
Basic understanding of MS Office
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Organizational skills, attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly will be vital
Work independently and in a team environment
Positive and pleasant demeanor
Duties include a full range of office administration work including but not limited to:
Answering phones
Daily interaction with inspectors, contractors, homeowners and municipalities
Reviewing and approving permits
Ensure proper documentation is obtained
Data entry using internal and municipal databases
Provide information to clients
Provide support to inspectors and other offices
Filing
Process incoming and outgoing mail
