Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires proficiency in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing clients records, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Schedule and confirm clients appointments while maintaining an organized calendar. Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate clients records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Process billing and payments using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies. Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.

Qualifications



Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office procedures is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with phone systems and customer service is highly desirable.

Pay: $36,359.16-$62,189.74 per year
