Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and managing various office functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of office management practices.

Duties



Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone system management. Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans. Work closely with owner and GM to ensure workorders and job costs are accurately reflected for invoicing. Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Utilizing time tracking software. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed. Communicate with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations. Part time to start, moving into full time. Admin for 1 company to start. addition of another will facilitate the moving to full time.

Skills



Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent team management capabilities to foster a collaborative work environment. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with staff and clients. Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus for supporting employee-related functions. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Solid understanding of office procedures and best practices in administration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
