The Office Administrator at out Canada R&D Office will support and coordinate comprehensive administrative and office operations.

1. Office Operations & Basic IT Support
Manage office supplies, organize common areas, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Help resolve IT issues and manage office equipment and asset records.
2. Administrative Coordination
Collaborate with HQ (Korea) on shared administrative and HR-related tasks.(ex, Assist with interview scheduling, New Hire Onboarding Support)
3. Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
[Skills and Qualifications]
1+ years of experience in a related field
Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written), Native in Korean language is a plus
Basic understanding of HR or IT operations is a plus
Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting (e.g., printers, video conferencing tools) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
